How to cope up with market presence in COVID 19 scenario

 


 In the new normal, the marketers across the world are looking for a communication model in order to tell them about the products. Businesses and corporates are looking to re-align their team in addition to their customers. As a company, taking the right measures and effective communication of these decisions must reach the company's internal employees and customers at the same time.

Working with public relations agencies is important right now. Regular sessions of training the employees are required to address the grievances of the customer and form a proper crisis management team. Also, there is a difficulty in communication via text message exchanges is quite deceptive in nature because the actual emotion communication is not possible. Communication is important for companies in a bid to protect their employees. For this reason, they are resorting to Zoom WebEx Teams, Google Meet, etc to have meetings with social distancing at the same time.

For this, response modules are built, which is used to deal with any form of crisis with their stakeholders and their suppliers. Regularly fetching their performance and providing them with relevant information is also required to be addressed at the lower band.

Emphasis on social media usage and use it to actively respond to the queries and grievances of the customers at the same time. Few of the customers are very new to the use of social media and so, a need to be emphatic with their shortcomings will also come handy in the long run. Simultaneously, identifying with other vendors and suppliers is also the need of the hour by finding alternatives, re-allocating the budget. Informing and engaging the employees and the customers will prevent the communication from going wrong in the long run.
